Reservation Instructions

Make your Reservation for New Owl Advising and Registration (Desktop Instructions)

1. In Next Steps, select the step that reads, "Schedule your New Owl Advising and Registration session."

Note: If you do not yet see this step in your Next Steps Channel, please wait 2-3 business days before attempting to make your reservation.

3. Agree to the EAB Terms of Service Agreement.

This step may not appear to you. Please continue to the next step, if so.

6. Choose May 1st 2026 in the "Pick a Date" section and Click "Find Available Times."

This does NOT mean your appointment will be on May 1st, 2026, but will instead show appointment availability in May.

7. Use the Calendar to See Other Available Times.

Dates with a dot underneath have availability, click the time you want to schedule.

Make your Reservation for New Owl Advising and Registration (Mobile Instructions)

Make your Reservation for your New Owl Experience Session

A step titled "Make your reservation for your New Owl Experience session" will appear on your TUportal's Next Steps channel 2-3 business days AFTER you have submitted your enrollment deposit.

1. In Next Steps, select the step that reads, "Make your reservation for your New Owl Experience session."

Note: If you do not yet see this step in your Next Steps Channel, please wait 2-3 business days before attempting to make your reservation. 

2. Click the "RSVP for your New Owl Experience here" text.

The button will display the available New Owl Experience sessions.

3. Available sessions will appear on this page. Select a date to make your reservation.

If you do not see any available dates on this page, please reach out to New Student and Family Programs at orientation@temple.edu or 215-204-8531 for assistance.

Orientation dates and times that are available to you based on your school/college and distance from campus are found on this page.

4. Complete requested information and select the "Submit" or "Update" button.

Review information about:

  • Dietary accommodations
  • Disability accommodations
  • Parent and Family Orientation

Select "Submit" or "Update" to finalize your Orientation reservation.
