Preparing for advising and registration

During your First-year Orientation session, you will meet with academic advisors in your school or college and register for your courses. Here are some things to review and prepare in advance of that session.

Know your Temple credentials

Make sure to learn or save your 9-digit TUID number and your AccessNet username and password (login for TUportal). You will need this to register for courses!

The General Education Program has hundreds of courses in 6 different areas which allow you to explore your interests, to complement your major and to augment your career options.  Make your choices work for you and your future by first reviewing the courses and their descriptions in the Bulletin and then work with an advisor to plan your General Education courses with intention!
