Transfer Orientation
As a new transfer student, you will attend a Transfer Orientation to meet new people, learn how you can get involved as a Temple student, and register for courses.
Curious about Transfer Orientation? It's a half-day experience offered virtually and/or in-person depending on your major - that includes the following.
Academic advising and registration for fall courses
Meeting other new transfer students in your school/college
We’ll also have other opportunities for you to meet new people and learn about campus resources throughout the summer and at the start of the semester as part of Weeks of Welcome.
When will it happen?
Transfer Orientation sessions will take place from mid-November through early January via Zoom. Sessions are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
What will you need?
- A device (computer, laptop, or tablet) that has audio functionality.
- Access to internet
- While not required, we recommend the use of headphones to avoid background noise
