Accommodations and Meals
Students attending New Student Orientation sessions will stay overnight in James S. White Hall. Due to the short amount of time student's will spend in the Residence Hall during orientation sessions we do not accept roommate requests.
Students who are attending the final New Student Orientation session from August 22nd-August 23rd will NOT receive housing accommodations. Students who have reserved on-campus housing for the Fall semester can move into their assigned residence hall room the day before the final orientation session on Tuesday, August 21st. Orientation attendees who are commuting or living off-campus for the Fall semester are expected to commute to the orientation program.
Due to security measures parents, family members, and friends are not permitted into the Residence Halls during orientation sessions. Please visit Temple University Visitor Hotel Accommodations.

Meals will be provided in the Louis J. Esposito Dining Center (Johnson and Hardwick Complex) during the two-day New Student Orientation session. This is an "All-You-Care-To-Eat" dining center with many food and beverage options. We recommend students bring money for snacks, if needed. The following meals will be provided during New Student Orientation :
- Lunch and dinner on the first day
- Breakfast and lunch on the second day
